My name is Sheetal Pawar, I’m a follower of yours and I love reading your blog and checking on your Insta posts.

Anyways, I like your blog because of the vast variety of healthy Spanish recipes which I found very hard to find when I started to do my research on Spanish food.

I am an Indian and have been living in the United States for the last 1.5 years after marrying my American husband. I am very new to the culture here but love learning more about it because I’m a total culture geek. My husband calls me ‘the hyper benevolent cross-sectional cultural warrior’.

I currently write for my own website called American Wife, which you can find here: https://americanwife.blog/. My vision for American Wife is an online magazine with a focus on different cultures and lifestyles. Since your content really focuses on details about the food culture of Spain, I wanted to reach out to you.

Your content is amazing and I learn a lot from it but there are some things that you can only learn by speaking with someone in person over coffee. Of course, we live on different continents/cities so we can’t go out to a quaint cafe but I would like to know if I can interview you about the content of your blog.

The interview will be a casual talk with you about the cultural/health aspects of life in Spain. I am researching countries around the world for their unique cultural aspects that positively impact the people in that culture. My aim is to learn and spread the good things those countries do so everyone can adopt new habits in their lives.

When I was making the list, I knew that Spain will be one of the countries. From my naive reading and researching, I found out that Spain is the healthiest country in the world. Since you are an expert in your field, I would love to ask you questions related to this.

After our discussion, I am planning to publish this as a blog post in October 2022. I will also publish the snippets of our discussion on Instagram which will be published close to the blog date.

If you want an example of how the conversation will flow, here is my interview with Susanna on Nordic culture – Digging The Nordic Culture With Susanna – The Nordic Mum. She just wrote her first book on the topic and I will be talking to her again so I can write another blog and help promote the book to my readers.

If you are interested, we can discuss the dates to do this. I would prefer this in Aug or September first 2 weeks so I can be ready to post in October.

Looking forward to hearing from me.

¡Otro expatriado! Espero que el blog te inspire y encuentres las recetas que buscas, incluidas varias paellas, como en la terreta. ¡Bienvenido, Paco!
